After an incredible 15-year tenure, Shannon Maher Sr. has officially retired from National Merchant Alliance (NMA). Shannon’s journey began on July 1, 2009, when he joined the team as one of NMA’s first employees. Over the years, his work has played an integral role in shaping the company’s success.
For the majority of his NMA career, Shannon worked from an office in Colfax, Iowa, where his focus was on building and maintaining strong client relationships. As an Executive Sales Manager, Shannon was a driving force in negotiating competitive processing rates and ensuring client satisfaction. His efforts not only delivered exceptional results for our customers but also contributed to the company’s growth and reputation.
Shannon’s colleagues often describe him as someone who brought energy, humor, and a personal touch to every interaction. His ability to connect with people and his commitment to excellence have left a lasting impression on both clients and coworkers alike.
