POSIM, LLC, a Retail Success company, is looking for a competitive Account Executive/Outside Sales to blaze a trail into new markets with software for retail point-of-sale and inventory management. You will prospect, generate leads, build relationships and close deals. You will use your imagination, relentless tenacity, and persevering hunger to meet and exceed your goals. What are we looking for:

  • A burning desire to win and achieve goals.
  • Sales experience generating your own leads including cold-calling to build a pipeline.
  • Drive, commitment, and high energy.
  • High efficiency, proficiency, and accuracy in CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to work with the marketing team to build campaigns that actively engage and convert your target audience into leads.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years related work experience with outside sales, outbound call centers, related sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience working in either software or retail industries is a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) or Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Internet searching
  • Web-based presentation tools such as Zoom and GoToMeeting.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SharpSpring is preferred.
